At the present time, this frog New Breed is one of the most powerful mob bosses in Bogg City. He is so proud of his conquests, he has even marked his territory by adopting the city's name as his own. He owns most of the fruit trees in the valley as well as several businesses in downtown Bogg City. His main business is the human slave trade but he also runs one of the biggest casinos in Bogg City.

Aside from all the money he makes off of New Breeds gambling away at his slots and card and dice tables, Cyrus brings in big bucks pursuing his passion of promoting fights. In Bogg City, the main sport is a fighting competition called Predator and Prey, and Cyrus handles the Grand Champion of the sport, Shikari the Hood. As the fight promoter of the Grand Champion, Cyrus controls the Predator and Prey's elite division. All of the top fights are now held in his casino, and the only way for someone else to break into the top is have their casino champs display their abilities for Cyrus' high paying clientele.
